Westwood Diner Chicken Parm Dinner
Initially, a diner is a jack of all trades, but a master of none. However, the Westwood Diner is not experienced in the Chicken Parm dinner trade. Was it horrible? No. Will I order it again? No.
As you can see in the picture, it looks very good. My expectations were not very high, but as the over-excited waiter put the plate on the table, I too became excited. The cheese was melty, nicely broiled, and even had some crumbled parmesan on the top. The overall appearance had gotten a high grade. But then, I cut into it. The breading immediately fell off, leaving me in disrepair. The sauce had some nice flavor, but was inconsistently mixed, with deposits of spice throughout. Then, I decided to try the pasta. This is where major points were lost. The pasta was clearly made hours before, as it was dried out, and a few hard pieces. Overall, it pains me to give this Chicken Parm a 5.4/10.
